That's Me over there. I still can't believe how much my body changes....and how much I changed.
How did I do it? Shakeology came first toward the end of my pregnancy and I was hooked. I had energy again and if you have ever dealt with pregnancy fatigue, you know how fantastic that great that it. At four weeks postpardum, I started working out again to tackle the dreaded post-baby weight. I kept drinking Shakeology because it was delicious, helped with cravings, gave me energy, and was packed full of nutrients.I started with Chalean Extreme in the Project FitNation Challenge Group. The group gave me an enormous amount of support and motivation to keep pushing on even when I wanted to quit sometimes and I got the accountability that I needed. I also got help with meal planning and nutrition. I later decided to do a combo program of Chalean Extreme and P90X. As a new mom, you cannot always workout for an hour and 15 minutes, which are how long some of the P90X workouts are. I loved the motivation that Chalene Johnson gave me with the Chalean Extreme, so that is why I did a combo of the two programs.
